Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also check your order status anytime by clicking the “View My Order” button in your confirmation email — it will take you directly to your live Shopify tracking page.

If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you haven’t received tracking info, please reach out to us at shop@gc.com so we can look into it for you.

Unless indicated in the product descriptions, our tee shirts and sweatshirts have a standard retail fit. So pick your favorite tee and order that size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser look, we recommend sizing up.

To keep your graphic looking its best, turn your garment inside out and wash it cold with like colors. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and preserve print quality. Do not iron directly over the design.

Slight color variations are normal and can happen for a few reasons. Lighting, screen brightness, and display settings can all make colors appear slightly different online. In addition, many of our garments are garment-dyed or printed on natural cotton blanks, which can result in small shade differences from batch to batch.

Every piece is individually printed and finished by hand, so minor variations are part of what makes each item unique. At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there's a concern about a product you purchased, please reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.

Yes, from sourcing through finishing, each partner in our U.S. production is certified through the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program. This ensures safe, legal, and ethical manufacturing practices from greige to finished goods and all the way through final distribution.

In addition, each manufacturing partner has signed a Workplace Code of Conduct which upholds (and exceeds) all standards set forth by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), securing ethical working conditions throughout our supply chain.

We currently ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Most orders ship for a flat, low rate within the contiguous U.S., and we occasionally offer free shipping promotions on larger orders.
